Workshop “Be happy … eating” 1st version: It is not about removing foods, it is instead adding new ones.


We shared an evening full of knowledge with the R. Nutritionist and Health Coach, Carolina Bustamante.

We prepared healthy versions of common recipes such as raspberry Cheesecake (no cheese), Vegan Huancaina sauce, and a delicious kale and quinoa salad.

Everyone left happy! And full.
