My view is to focus on the simple things we do every day, I focus on the main four pillars of wellness: Nutrition, Sleep, Sports or movement, and the Relationship with Yourself.

The “plan made just for you” has a duration of four months, the perfect time for you to get to know yourself better, to incorporate new foods and flavors, getting rid of the ones that are not that good. You will start to implement better habits in order to better manage stress and step by step you will start to experiment positive changes in your life.
